My friend and I had a great experience at Neroli on July 17th. I booked massages for she and I to celebrate her birthday. The check-in process was easy and the receptionists were very friendly. Both massages were excellent and we enjoyed our time in the relaxation room after the service. Highly recommend Neroli--Silver Spring!

Catrina was incredibly patient throughout the entire appointment, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and making sure every step was done with care. She paid great attention to detail, explained the process, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish.

Spa services with Alynn are exceptional. She is attentive, careful, suggests new/alternative services that fit my needs depending on situation. Such a relaxing environment and I feel great when I leave. 10/10
