They did alright. The website deposit link doesn’t work, but they confirmed my appointment nevertheless; they don’t take cards, and don’t say that on the website, but they accepted Zelle as a one-time solution. They worked hastily and without patience during my takedown. At any rate, the woman who braided my hair was competent and did a nice job once she was able to understand what I wanted. It’s just the business management and communication skills that are lacking here—this is all too common unfortunately. Love love love. These lovely ladies are friendly and amazing. I went in to get boho knottless braids down to my butt not only did they slay it but has the patience and went above and beyond. I got there late afternoon almost evening and they stayed until 11 to finish and it came out fantastique
This place is a GEM!
I didn't realize that Marlene's shop moved from the West Towne to Fitchburg.
The shop is located in Arbor Hills apartment which confused the hell out of me and my GPS.
Other than getting lost ... I enjoyed getting my hair done here and will be back.
Great sew in... Two people braided my hair ( which was a first for me and I will NEVER go back) which made my visit to the shop under 2 1/2 hrs.
Best place in Madison to get a sew in.
The only suggestion I would offer it to get a sign.
