I had a great experience with the staff at Target Optical. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and gave me advice on how to select frames that fit my face properly. They made sure I was comfortable with the contact lenses I was going home with today. They gave me a set of monthly lenses and five days of daily lenses to try out and see which ones I preferred. They told me to let them know which ones I chose or, if I don’t like either, to let them know so they can help me find the brand and type that works best for me.

The optical shop was extremely helpful. The manager helped me try on a bunch of different styles, had me try on pairs she thought I might like, and her advice was much needed. She also helped me adjust my current glasses from the VA, and went through every detail knowledgeably and professionally when it came to getting an upgrade. I ended up going with a pair of Oakleys and could not be happier! The employees were very friendly and professional.
The lady at the desk got every detail down that I asked, and quickly got me 3 quotes. Very happy with her help. She also helped me get a veteran discount! Very very cool.

The gentleman there, who I did not catch his name, but according to our receipt his information is (Pascal 327827) did an amazing job and went above and beyond what he needed to do. My wife and I did not realize when Target Optical closed but Pascal helped us right out even though it was 20 minutes to close. He was so thoughtful and thorough with helping my wife and I. Unfortunately, even though it looked as though things would be finished a little after closing and he would be able to catch his ride home, it did not work out that way because of some slight technical issues and because he wanted to make sure that we were provided the best service and products.
