Excellent experience. On 2/9/2024, I Replaced both heating and cooling units. Competitive prices along with professionalism. Reed and his Crew were forthcoming answering all my questions . The Crew were careful as to not do any damage or mess to the rooms, once they were completed, Reed explained in detail the use and maintenance required for longevity of my new furnace and AC unit. Work completed in a respectable time; they didn't even take a break for lunch! Great job done. I will be using Square One for my future routine care....I recommend Square One!!

I have been a long time customer, we had them install our HVAC system nearly 10 years ago, always very fair, prompt, and knowledgeable, we had 1 issue and they worked with us to correct. That is how you know you have a good contractor. Well they came through again for us, John and Lee got our furnace heating same day in below zero temps. Highly reccomend for equipment, maintenance, and service.

Today, 1/16/24, Reed and Anthony installed my new furnace. Their professional skills and knowledge were greatly appreciated. When the job was completed, Reed called me as I was at work to explain about my new filter, the literature provided for the unit and left my house clear of any old materials.These past several days of below temps made this installation so very important for my family.I’d highly recommend this company for the quality work provided.
