Tanner has addressed AC unit capacitor issues during extremely hot times. He has inspected and fixed units to get them running properly. He also cleaned out AC units and condensers, removed wasps nests from power sources, changed thermostat batteries, and checked furnace filters. The company has done full furnace and AC replacements. Tanner communicated great and answered all questions. The prices were fantastic and the quality was excellent. The work was quick and well worth it. The replacement of a split unit was very professional, clean, and polite. The company is dependable, trustworthy, experienced, and reasonably priced. They have also cleaned vents and diagnosed furnace issues quickly. Customers have used Hafeman's a couple of times and would highly recommend this company. Anytime someone asks who they should go with for HVAC work, this is the only company recommended.
I had Tanner at Hafeman’s Heating & Cooling do a few things for me in the last year plus. During summer last year our AC was struggling to keep up. I had reached out and he was over ASAP to inspect and get it back to running properly. Because of this experience, I went back to him to get a full furnace and AC replacement this spring as our previous system was getting too old. Tanner communicated great, answered all my questions, the prices were fantastic, and quality was excellent. We now have an efficient system in our house and can control temperature from anywhere. Anytime someone asks who they should go with for HVAC work, this is the only company I recommend.
The capacitor went out on my AC unit on one of the hottest days of the year. I called Tanner and he was at my house within an hour, fixed the AC unit, plus cleaned out the AC unit and condenser, removed a wasps nest from the power source, changed the batteries in the thermostat, and even checked the furnace filter! Prompt and efficient!! I would highly recommend this company.
