The service from Hockers was great both technicians that came to the house Jon and Jason were very friendly and knowledgable. Jon explained what my problem was in detail and helped me set up a service appoint with exact pricing, and Jason did a very professional job with install and cleaned up my basement nicely. Huge thanks to the Hockers team.
The technician I was assigned to "John" knew exactly the problem. It took him no time at all to fix it. He was very polite and friendly. I will request him next time there is any plumbing issue.
