“Thiele Heating and Cooling was excellent. My air would not cool past 75. I called Monday morning and they were able to get someone out that day to look. This was during peak 100 degree real feel. My unit needed to be replaced and the service tech was very knowledgeable and showed me the issue and the costs of trying to repair vs new. I called that day to order a new unit and again, they got me in 2 days later. The staff who came was so great and ended up being more challenging (the joys of 85+ year home) and they even cleaned up bad wiring from previous jobs. If you need any cooling or heating maintenance, I highly recommend Thiele. Thank you!”

“We had them replace a 45-year-old AC Unit. It was so old, they had to have a place in Texas rebuild the unit. It took 3 and a half months. They purchased 2 brand new portable units for our bedroom and living room right away for us to use in the mean time. It saved us big time, as it was a very warm summer in 2022. We could not have been happier with their service and salesman Dave. We had 5 different estimates, Dave went over many details to help us decide what to do. Not one of the other guys asked us a thing. Their price was actually on the lower end of all of them. It was a hard job, due to the age and location as we also have a boiler. I don't think any of the other companies even wanted to deal with the job.
