Even though Footville H&C didn't install the current furnace they found that several major components (Heat Exchangers/Burners) fell under warranty and replaced them under company cost. “My A/C unit kept freezing up on the inside and would stop working. I called up Don Martin and scheduled a time for a technician to come service the unit. Clay was able to diagnose the issue and had it fixed in about an hour. He replaced the capacitor and topped up the refrigerant, which was about 8ozs low. He also cleaned up the unit for me and recommended I try a less restrictive filter. The total cost for the repair was very reasonable, and he provided me with a breakdown of the costs for parts and labor. The A/C is working great again, and just in time as next week temps will be in the 90’s. I will definitely use them again for any future heating/cooling issues I run into.“

“If I could give Bruce and the team at Polar 10 stars, I would. My A/C went out during the warmest week of summer. His tech came out right away and got it going again. My furnace and A/C unit were over 30 years old and I knew they would need replacement soon. The tech checked everything over and gave me a rough timeline for replacement. I opted to do it right away and Polar quoted me a great price. They did the replacement a week or so later - in and out in about 6 hours. Super polite, clean, and professional.
