“I contacted Bruce on Sunday evening due to no heat from the furnace. I thought I would have to leave a message but Bruce answered his phone at 9:30 pm!! He said his guys would be out the next morning. Text came in that morning and his guys showed up around 10:00. Not only was the issue fixed in 10 minutes but the guys were very professional and courteous. “My air conditioning went out on the hottest day.Ugh! I called Al Byers because they were local and had some great reviews. I called & Danielle answered and worked with me to get someone out to see what options I might have. She was professional and well versed. She called and updated me throughout the day.Later in the day Edwin came introduced himself and was very polite. He checked out the units inside and out and was quick. He fixed the units and explained what exactly was wrong. I am so glad i called them. He even put in a thermostat at my request.I highly recommend AL Byers for anyone wanting an honest, professional and fast service.I am very happy with Edwin and Danielle. “Bought a heater a year ago for our automotive shop. Had problems with the shipping company losing half the order. Working with Lanair was wonderful. They jumped on the shipping company and had it all figured in a few days. They even said if they couldn't get it figured out they would just get a new piece coming. Called a few times during set up and got a call back right away if there weren't there. I deal with a lot of different companies for multiple reason and there are one of the best when it comes to customer service and taking care of there customers.“
