“My mom has been using this company since we moved to the area in 1992. They are phenomenal! My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night last night and I woke up freezing. I tried troubleshooting it myself and found out that it had to due with ignition but I was not sure how to fix it. I called my mom and she highly recommended Gene Nelson & Sons. I called the office lady and she gave my number to one of the technicians ( I am so sorry I forgot his name but he said his dad opened the business so I'm guessing he is one of the Sons) and said he would contact me. He called within 5 minutes of me hanging up with her and was at my house within 20 minutes of that! Superb speed! Since these are the coldest days of the year (-26 as a low today), I figured they would be super backed up but they are completely on top of their business. It was a very cheap fix too so they are very reasonably priced! He also gave me insight on insulation for my attic and informed me I was using the wrong furnace filter and helped me save money on my monthly bill! Very well educated and informed man.
