I had a session with Jackie this past weekend and it was amazing. I was skeptical about it and wasn't sure I'd be able to relax, but I was proved wrong. When I went into Virginia's hair salon, I wasn't expecting any miracles. The day before I went in, I made a complete mess out of my hair in every which way. From the years of abuse that I put my hair through, and the many years of self-cutting my hair. Nonetheless.... My hair hasn't looked this good for decades. I asked for a combination of Stevie Nicks, and Farrah Fosset, and that is exactly what she gave me (I hope I spelt it correctly)(shag haircut) once I got home and washed it, and styled it,, I was so happy with the result. I can't say enough about how amazing, attentive, flexible and talented Linh is. I have been coming to her for so many years and so have many of my cousins, sister and friends she knows exactly what style best suits your face . She is such a professional and her suite is so comfy and smells amazing, when we aren't talking and catching up I am taking the most amazing naps lol . I appreciate how she is always willing to work with me and honestly if she can't reschedule me immediately due to how busy she is I am willing to wait a week or so because I couldn't dare let anyone else touch my lashes. Jed, the owner, was very prompt in returning my call and coming over to assess my situation. Unfortunately, he had to replace the entire panel, but he assured me he would get it fixed and do it right. He assessed and within two weeks was here to put it all in. It was an entire day process, but he and his workers were prompt, courteous, and stuck with the given timeline. They were efficient and left everything looking amazing! Definitely a company I will keep on the list to use again. Dependable, quality, and affordable.

I had taken my husky Twila, who was only 11 weeks old at the time, to the emergency vet thinking she'd had an impaction. They gave her an IV, after she decided to poop on their floor for the first time in 2 days, and sent us home. I really didn't feel like something was right though and the way she was staring at me even at the emergency vet. She worsened dramatically so I called my vet and he doesn't do major surgeries but he recommended Badger, we'd called other places and no one could get her in, and the emergency hospitals had quoted us an exorbitant amount. I'll forever be grateful they were able to squeeze her into an appointment and surgery, and that they gave me realistic expectations. Also thank you for the extra meds, she was trying to run around afterwards and on day 3, broke her cone, and 2 more following. She's still doing good over a year later, Thank you all so much , here she is snuggling in the blankets after running around in this cold with me all because you all gave her a chance. Thank you!!!
Chloe decided at 12.5 years of age to eat her dog bed and was suffering from an obstruction. I was able to get an appointment at Madison Road Vet Clinic the same day that I called. We saw Dr. Oldenburg and I was so impressed with the care she provided. She was thorough in her examination, was compassionate, and took her time explaining Chloe’s diagnosis and treatment options. Chloe was able to undergo surgery the very next day. Upon picking Chloe up after surgery, I was provided with a detailed care plan. We are very grateful for the staff at Madison Road Vet Clinic for taking such good care of our ol’ gal. I would recommend Madison Road Vet Clinic to any pet parent.The only suggestion I have is for the quotes to be more accurate. I was not expecting to pay $200+ more than the quote I was given the day before. When questioned, I was told that the doctor had to take an extended amount of time during surgery compared to what was quoted. I would suggest they quote “high” so there isn’t a shock at checkout.
