Thiele Heating and Cooling was excellent. My air would not cool past 75. I called Monday morning and they were able to get someone out that day to look. This was during peak 100 degree real feel. My unit needed to be replaced and the service tech was very knowledgeable and showed me the issue and the costs of trying to repair vs new. I called that day to order a new unit and again, they got me in 2 days later. The staff who came was so great and ended up being more challenging (the joys of 85+ year home) and they even cleaned up bad wiring from previous jobs. I called Theile shortly after 8:00 am, and they were able to get out to my house by 9:30 am. Bradley was the tech that came out. He had to do some troubleshooting, and quickly figured out the problem. The issue was a dumb mistake I made trying to DIY fix it myself. Lesson learned. YouTube is great, but sometimes it’s best to leave it to the professionals. Thank you, Theile for your prompt service. And big thank you to Bradley for getting our AC back up and running.
