“We cannot say enough good things about Beau and B&M Mechanical! We were out of town when our furnace quit on New Year’s Eve. We were worried we’d have to cut our vacation short - our son was home at the time so we needed the heat back on ASAP. Beau rearranged his schedule and came out IMMEDIATELY! He diagnosed the problem, picked up the new control board we needed, and returned that night to complete the repair. On a holiday no less.
A couple weeks later, the furnace stopped running again on a weeknight. He once again came out immediately and determined the ignitor had failed. An ignitor had come as part of the new control board kit, but since ours was still working at the time he had thoughtfully left it alongside the furnace for us in case we’d need it in the future. He replaced the ignitor then went above and beyond (again) by refusing to charge us for the second visit.
Beau is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly fair — the kind of service you hope for but don't always find. We strongly recommend B&M Mechanical.”
