“A heater repair technician, Brian, set aside his family time to come out to my home on a very cold night when my furnace stopped working. He cleaned carbon buildup from the furnace switch, got the heat running again, and explained the repair in simple terms so I understood what was going on. He was friendly, patient, and very professional, even while working through the service call with limited tools on hand. My family was truly thankful for the fast furnace service and the care he showed. Over the years, I have had consistently excellent help with heater and HVAC repair, and the service has always been dependable. Ezra is also one of the best HVAC technicians I have dealt with. He does a great job explaining how the heating system works, how to spot problems, and what to watch for to help avoid future furnace issues. Both experiences left me feeling confident in the repair work and very appreciative of the honest, knowledgeable service.“

“We had them replace a 45-year-old AC Unit. It was so old, they had to have a place in Texas rebuild the unit. It took 3 and a half months. They purchased 2 brand new portable units for our bedroom and living room right away for us to use in the mean time. It saved us big time, as it was a very warm summer in 2022. “My mom has been using this company since we moved to the area in 1992. They are phenomenal! My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night last night and I woke up freezing. I tried troubleshooting it myself and found out that it had to due with ignition but I was not sure how to fix it. I called my mom and she highly recommended Gene Nelson & Sons. I called the office lady and she gave my number to one of the technicians ( I am so sorry I forgot his name but he said his dad opened the business so I'm guessing he is one of the Sons) and said he would contact me. He called within 5 minutes of me hanging up with her and was at my house within 20 minutes of that! Superb speed! Since these are the coldest days of the year (-26 as a low today), I figured they would be super backed up but they are completely on top of their business. It was a very cheap fix too so they are very reasonably priced! He also gave me insight on insulation for my attic and informed me I was using the wrong furnace filter and helped me save money on my monthly bill! Very well educated and informed man.
