Kent at Pipesmith Plumbing is Fantastic! He was courteous, honest, reliable, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Kent has done numerous jobs for me. Had a great experience , without even spending one dime! Nathan answers the phone on a Saturday for an inquiry I had Regarding a possible need for a new faucet cartridge . He was so helpful and patient even as he was getting ready to start a parade ! This service is the type which is missing these days! He provided great advice and wasn’t looking to “stick it to me” . Definitely will be calling here first when I need any plumbing needs! He even texted later to make sure I was all set! This is hard to find these days!!
We had problems with our water softener. We called Ryan to discuss the situation with the existing softener. He stated the one we had had damage to it and was not repairable. We changed the cylinder and the salt drum everything works as it should he was in and out. Great job quick response reasonable price.
