“I can’t say enough good things about Core Concepts in West Richland! I’ve been receiving massage therapy with Val for a workers’ compensation injury, and she has been absolutely amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to what is going on with my injury. She takes the time to listen, focuses on the areas that actually need treatment, and adjusts each session based on how I’m feeling and progressing. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her clients improve rather than just going through the motions.

Tay at the front desk is equally wonderful! She is always friendly, helpful, organized, and willing to answer questions or help get things figured out.

Val and Tay are both fantastic at what they do and have made my experience specifically at the Core Concepts in West Richland nothing but positive (i did not have a good experience at the Core Concepts in Richland) .
