“This is my 4th visit to Lourdes due to a family member requiring multiple surgeries, for a total of 13 overnights. The staff is A+++. My family has been treated with care & compassion, humor, sympathy, and above all medical expertise. I enjoyed the interactions from everyone from the on call physicians, the nurses, lab techs and housekeeping. All very, for the most part (which to me seems almost impossible), friendly and personable. The facility is well equipped, modern and clean. The cafeteria even had great meal options, offering a guest meal during my family's stay.“

They were caring & compassionate, and willing to help though a bit puzzled at first about what I was asking for. Once they figured it out, they were more than willing to help.
