It's sad. Three Rivers has taken quite a dive since Kadlec/Providence took over. They have good doctors, but they are surrounded by impenetrable layers of bureaucracy, incompetence, and attempts to maximize profits. Good luck getting to see a doctor unless you schedule a year in advance.
You will have a hard time even speaking with a nurse, as they have replaced most of them with 'medical assistants', which are cheaper than nurses, but much less competent. We all know that nurses are the lifeblood of a medical establishment, and Three Rivers has diminished itself by eliminating them, all in the name of maximizing profit.

Was a wonderful clinic until bought out by Kadlec. I’ve had two drs turnover and leave within the past 3 years. Horrible customer service; rude, catty and not willing to help with much. Scheduling is always hard and months out. Stay away from Kadlec if you can (hard to in our area)!
