I have not been an actual patient at this office, however as an RN who does referrals, I have sent dozens of patients to this office. I have not had any complaints, in fact they are very pleased with the speed of getting an appointment as well as the care provided. Thank you Three Rivers Family Medicine for being so respectful and caring of your patients!!

Dr. Lawrence and his team are OUTSTANDING, he started as our preemie baby’s pediatrician and he was incredible with her, so my fiancé and I started using him as our primary doctor. He is very knowledgeable and truly takes his time with you during your appointment, he doesn’t make you feel rushed. He also explains everything in a way you understand and answers every single question. As a first time mom, I had TONS of questions and he sits down and addresses each of them. We really like Rick for our kids. But their call system is messed up. They just changed it and whoever answers and puts you on hold needs to learn to listen for an ok before doing it and how to use the phone so they don't hang up on people. I waited many times and they kept hanging up on me when it was my turn. I tried telling her before she put me on hold and 2 times of trying to tell her and her not listening at all i finally got through and she tried telling me they answer in order... um you hung up on me I waited and you were rude enough to not listen before putting me on hold. Needs better customer service.
