So far my experience has been so so. I called to have an orthopedic doctor look at my knee that has prior issues. Since I am new to the area this appt was considered a second opinion because I was previously seen by Proliance. After several calls my records were finally received and “passed on for review” this was just to see if a doctor here would even see me. After all was said and done it took 2.5 months to get an appointment. My first visit with the doctor didn’t even know my background injury. But I thought they reviewed my file to consider seeing me. Always a great visit. The staff members are very professional, pleasant and always greet you with a smile. The Doctors and Assistants are also great, and answers every concern I've ever had. I would recommend to anyone to this facility.
The appointment was kept in a timely manner! Dr. Dutton had great bedside manner, and was very personable.
I am concerned, however, that Kadlec ,as an enterprise, may not be allowing each doctor to spend enough time with each patient.
Sort of rushing care in order to meet patient quotas….., it might be better to hire an additional staffing.
