First off I’d like to compliment the front desk staff in both clinics. They are quick to help and are welcoming. Second, I see two providers, both Dr Vanatta and Dr. Nylander and I am impressed with the knowledge, patience and professionalism of both. I highly recommend visiting them. Dr. Vanatta takes great time and care to truly listen and understand any needs and/or questions. I am thankful for such wonderful healthcare services.
I see Mariana Neeway ARNP for my mental health management and she has ALWAYS been an amazing provider. I first started with her when she was with Kadlec and followed her when she started her own practice. She eventually left said practice and it took me a while but I eventually found her practicing here again after a couple years and was THRILLED she took my insurance and had openings and have been going back for almost a year now I believe. The clinic itself (although way out of my way but thats not their fault) is great, front staff are always kind and polite as are the nursing/MA staff. She has provided significant assistance regarding my hip pain and has dedicated time to identifying the underlying cause of the problem, rather than merely addressing my symptoms. Her extensive medical knowledge is evident, and her willingness to listen to my concerns has been truly beneficial . I sincerely appreciate her professionalism and compassionate approach during our appointments. Dr. Pollard also sees my husband, my daughter and my son. They have all had the same positive experience with Dr. Pollard. I would rate her a 10 out of 10 for her exceptional service.
