People at Primary East are the best. From time you walk in to lab or referral or after visit summary with nurse...friendly caring people.
Best and why I will never change Dr's is Livingston is outstanding. I had one of those Marcus Welby perfect caring doc in Spokane for 32 years..I thought no one could replace him. Coming back to Richland in 2019 and changing to Livingston in 2020 was best thing I have done in years. Livingston goes way beyond for me. I told him I am his challenge and he stepped up to the plate and is up to tackling all my medical issues, which don't seem to end. Dr. Liebing is always genuine and kind during our visits. I appreciate his directness as much as his empathy and I am grateful to have him in my corner for care. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff.
