We had a fairly complex project, given that we were updating a mid century modern home and we wanted to ensure that we kept the house true to its original design and detailing. We had a lot of custom details to work through, but Trace and his crew did a great job and we came in on time and on budget.“

One of the major renovations we did was at one of my 7500 sqft gyms, involving flooring, paint, lights, etc. Alex said we would only need to close the business for one week, and he stuck to the timeline. He had workers on-site day and night to ensure the project was completed within the agreed week, allowing us to open the doors to our members as promised.

Update 12/31/25: following a major project at the KOMO Plaza (June 2025- demo and full buildout of a gym), Alex and his team has been on top of closing the loops on smaller tasks. They're easily reachable for any repairs or maintenance issues. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully taken care of.“
