I called Compton builders and talked to John, who said he was the owner's son. We needed a garage and we made an appointment for him to come out and give us an estimate. He arrived on time and told us he could build the garage and recommended that he could also do our driveway. After only a few minutes, and without calculating anything, he gave us a quote for $72,000.00 for the garage and driveway. I told him we do not need the driveway now and he quoted the garage for $49,000.00 and he would waive the tax.
