Ken and company are solid genuine people you can trust. I've done a dozen or more projects with Ken in the last 10 or so years, and what I can tell you is I have an overwhelming sense of trust. He'll always get back to you, always look out for you with honest, sensible advice. Thanks Ken! Ken and team are human too, they get busy saving the world and what not, it's hard being a super hero contractor. So if it's been 2 days, every super man can use a reminder if they didn't call you back.
