“We absolutely love the transformation Home Service Specialists created for our home. Our backyard was already a nice space, but they turned it into something truly amazing that we now use so much more than we ever did before.
Our project included a full 3D backyard design and build, a new Trex composite deck with steps and Trex railings, a custom Azenco R-Blade smart louvered aluminum pergola, integrated heaters, lighting, a ceiling fan, MagnaTrack motorized screens, a custom-built stone gas fireplace, a block retaining wall with steps, a new paver patio and pathways, landscape lighting, grading of the backyard, and a matching front Trex composite deck with steps and railings. Every element came together beautifully, and the finished project exceeded our expectations.
One of the things we appreciated most was how easy the entire process was. Raphael was knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting every detail right. The biggest difference is how much more we enjoy being outside. Living in the Pacific Northwest, it's hard to get year-round use out of an outdoor space, but the combination of the smart pergola, heaters, lighting, fan, MagnaTrack screens, and gorgeous stone fireplace has completely changed that. We can comfortably relax, entertain friends, have family dinners, or simply unwind outside during so much more of the year. It truly feels like we've added another room to our home.
