We hired Synapse to build a 2nd floor deck and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I hired Synapse to replace two slider doors and re-side part of the wall.
Kyle came over to review the project, proposed various approaches and gave clear and fair estimate.
Kyle was super flexible with timeline and ensured that work was done on the schedule that worked for the family. They easily accommodated extra work that I asked them to do.
Team who worked on the project did a great work, listened and addressed all the questions.
It was a complex job as doors faced waterproofed deck and had to be flashed in a certain way.
Synapse did a great job and I will sure hire them again if ever needed.
I am the Home Owners Association president for a small, 12 unit condominium building on Capitol Hill in Seattle. We worked with Synapse Construction on a comprehensive exterior renovation to address deteriorating stucco siding, failing roof membrane, misc water intrusion issues, and rotten framing. The project’s scope of work included siding replacement, new windows, new doors, new roof, new deck surfaces and railings, and new flashings and wall penetrations. The work also included extensive rot repair and significant re-framing of structural lumber that was discovered to be rotten. The project budget was over one million dollars.
