I had leak that came with the house 13 year ago, tried to get it fixed by 2 other companies, and then the leak got worse. Synapse is a top-notch professional while also thoughtful and respectful as Fausto had to move from my balcony to fix the top rail and wrap it with metal. He found the source of the leak the other company failed to fix and 6 years of water was still coming in below my balcony. I can’t tell you how great Ever and Fausto and team were to work with. They fixed my siding and ordered a new window for me which they’ll come put in and paint. Honest, experienced, professional people! Kyle has good people on his team.

I've used Synapse for several projects now and their level of quality and communication has been excellent. They did a fantastic job with installing exterior continuous insulation and a rainscreen on my house, and were able to work with me to figure out some difficult transition details that inevitably come up when interfacing with challenging existing conditions.

I used Synapse for an envelope upgrade. Synapse's team was fantastic to work with - kind, responsive, respectful. Every single person we worked with from their team was straightforward and solution oriented. Jose and Ever were great, I highly recommend them for any and all exterior projects.
