They did beautiful pasture fencing for us plus a perimeter fence to keep our dogs in.They cleared many blackberries and scotch broom bushed and then took them off our property.They were always on time and just did amazing craftsmanship with incredible attention to detail! They were able to clean up my driveway that had seen much better days, figuring out a draining problem for me and clean out some curtain drains.Lastly, my boys were sad about us moving to Vashon and Jake and his crew were able to put in an amazing pump track for my boys! “We had a very good experience with Better Builders on a full basement remodel including the addition of a new bathroom with shower. They were very open, honest, and personable from the start. They were very helpful in challenging our choices and decisions on our project - ultimately making the outcome even better and more to our liking. We had a very basic basement with 70s style paneled walls, concrete floor, and open ceiling. We used Better Builders to add a wine closet, nice family room, a workout room, a pantry, utility room, and a new bathroom. They worked well with our designer to get to our plans finalized including a spec sheet. They were outstanding at managing their subcontractors, permits, inspections, and general contracting work. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent - their use of recurring weekly updates was very beneficial. The final product is outstanding and quality is exceptional. “SFW did a terrific job repairing a large portion of our siding that the original house builders never installed properly, and they added a number of big improvements to how windows, vents, and other wall penetrations were guarded and sealed from moisture. “I've known Alex, the owner of Pro Build Construction, for almost a year now, and he has already worked on three of my gyms. Alex is super reliable and always available for a call. He takes personal pride in each project and ensures they stick to the timeline.

One of the major renovations we did was at one of my 7500 sqft gyms, involving flooring, paint, lights, etc. Alex said we would only need to close the business for one week, and he stuck to the timeline. He had workers on-site day and night to ensure the project was completed within the agreed week, allowing us to open the doors to our members as promised.

“We have had the privilege of working with NOR on two major remodels. The first was a kitchen, and the second—our most recent project—was nothing short of a complete transformation. “Cannot recommend Expression Stone Construction enough. This was my first big remodel in my first house, and my budget was tight. Other quotes I received were almost $10-15K over my budget. Expression Stone was very affordable for the high-quality of work and worked with me closely for things I could do before the crew came in to help bring down that cost. Sabrina was absolutely amazing, answering my many, many questions and working around my work schedule to meet. Everyone was so responsive which is something that is hard to come by these days. As in every remodel, a few hiccups and unexpected things came up but all of the add ons were extremely affordable. I am so happy and in love with my kitchen, cannot recommend them enough. “My kid slipped in the bathtub and while the kid was ok the bathtub wasn’t. His knee went completely through the floor of the tub leaving a knee sized hole in it exposing the subfloor below. I assumed I’d be spending $10k to replace the tub and tile surround. Then I talked to Graham. He fixed the hole like it never happened for less than 1/10th of what I thought I’d be spending. “I had my kitchen remodeled last year by Jeff and Galvin, owners of Hill Custom Homes (an extension of Home Studio). Jeff and Galvin before starting the project came out to my home to get a look and feel of my kitchen. They took extensive measurements of my kitchen and asked me lots of questions in terms of what I really wanted my kitchen to become. They looked at all the ways they could maximize my space to give me additional storage, counter top space, and aesthetics, as well as incorporating additional features, such as a beverage fridge, pantry, lighting and a coffee bar. He drew up some ideas on site and was able to give me an estimate that was actually within my budget. He also provided a timeline. He promised that he could deliver on this project within a six week window, which was after Thanksgiving and before Christmas of 2024. My first was reaction was unbelief but I found Jeff and Galvin to be authentic and sincere. Jeff and Galvin understood that the Christmas holiday was most important to me and they assured me that they could make the deadline.
Jeff provided me with the project scope and timeline. At every phase of the project his crew stayed on track. Galvin, as the project manger kept me updated on every phase of progress. I was overwhelmed with gratitude.
The Hill Custom Home crew were professional, respectful, and diligent in delivering. Jeff and Galvin were extremely responsive to me throughout the project. As a perfectionist and control freak they never wavered on making sure that all my questions were answered.
The outcome of the project was magnificence. They completed the project on time and within budget. Jeff and Galvin had found a way to make an outdated kitchen come to life with functionality and beauty. Everything I asked for and more, they delivered on. They did a detailed inspection after the work to make sure that everything was functioning and in order. The work crew were phenomenal in providing stellar workmanship.
