Jessica and her team remodeled our bathroom in September 2023. They did a great job communicating and executing the work. The project was completed on time and on budget, which was important since this is the only bathroom in our house. Jessica went above and beyond to personally install our medicine cabinets, and had the work area professionally cleaned before we moved back in. Her cheerful attitude and enthusiasm made the project fun. We’re very happy with the end results, and would recommend NOR for future work.Brown tile = before; white tile = after.

I contracted NOR to completely remodel two bathrooms in my townhouse in 2023. This meant completely tearing down the old bathroom and replacing everything: tile, mirrors, cabinets, hardware, shower, tub, etc.NOR understood very well what I wanted the renovated bathrooms to look like, designed everything, helped me pick out the materials and hardware according to my tastes. The work itself went very smoothly, and NOR went to great lengths to ensure nothing inside my home was damaged during the construction (and they left the place clean and spotless after the work was completed). I still enjoy looking at my awesome bathrooms even a year later!

We have worked with NOR Design and Construction and Jessica Bell on multiple projects incuding remodels of our kitchen, powder room, master bathroom, family bathroom, laundry room, and some upgrades to our fireplace and pantries. Jessica has very high standards, and she is very hands-on to make absoutely sure that every subcontractor completes the work to the standard she has set.
