We shopped around at a couple of places and Oscar at Supermen Heating & AC was very knowledgeable and professional. The price for equipment and installation was almost half the price of one company we looked at. I like that being a small business owner makes him very conscious about how satisfied his customers are with the products and services they are receiving. He checks in consistently to keep you updated for time-frames of arrivals, who you should be expecting, and follows up to make sure the install went well and even after that will still check in to make sure the system is working as expected. Always on time. Always friendly. Always responds quickly. And most importantly, always willing to go to the extra mile to make sure my family is comfortable in our home. We inherited Supermen when we bought the house, their sticker was on the side of my heat pump so I figured I'd go with them instead of trying to find a good HVAC service on my own. When he first showed up he was so patient with me, a first time home owner with a billion and three questions. I'm a forever customer purely because of the amazing customer service I receive on every single call.
