I purchased a Mr. Cool self install heat pump and found I needed help with the installation. Joey was more than willing to help me out with the system when others were not. He let me send him pics and promptly gave me an estimate. He was able to show up two days later and completed the job. His knowledge and expertise were amazing. He showed up on time and did the job in one day. I was able to ask questions to gain knowledge of how the system worked. He was a lifesaver since I was leaving town the next day. I highly recommend his services.
I reached out to air pros because my ac unit stopped working and I saved a ton of money. I was quoted 7000 dollars by a local hvac company and told it would take a month to repair and that I should just buy a new one.
Air pros quoted me half of what the big hvac company quoted. They also tried to help me with a warranty claim through Lennox. But my system was too far out of warranty. Air pros came out and fixed my ac unit within a few days (they had to order parts). And they repaired my ac unit and my home is cool again. I highly recommend giving air pros a shot. Will be using them again soon for my hot water heater replacement. Great company
