Customers have praised the company's technician, Joseph, for his excellent service. He was very knowledgeable, hard-working, and efficient when replacing a customer's old electric furnace. Another customer appreciated Joseph's responsiveness in providing an estimate for a heat pump replacement and answering their many questions during the installation process. The customers were satisfied with the timely installation and the final cost being as expected. One customer even mentioned that Joseph was the quickest to respond and the most competitive in terms of pricing when they needed furnace replacement, and he installed the new furnace exactly as the homeowner had wanted.
Air Pros did an excellent job servicing my furnace. Joseph was punctual, professional, and very thorough in checking over the entire system. My furnace was installed in 2003, and instead of pressuring me to replace it, he honestly told me he believed it could continue running for a few more years. It was refreshing to work with someone who focused on providing good service rather than making a sale. I highly recommend AirPros and will gladly use them again.
Joseph was amazing from the first moment I messaged him for a quote. His responses were prompt, his bid was more than competitive and he was so flexible with my busy schedule that he came to do the install in the evening after my shift. I watched him the entire time and he pays attention to every last detail and you can tell he is a man that puts his heart into his work. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of hvac .. I love my new furnace!
Joseph Sproles was super quick to respond, sent a very proffessional quote detailing the scope of work, was available quickly to do the work, and showed up on time as scheduled, very communicative. He was able to quickly identify the issue, solve the problem, and left everything just as clean as when he arrived. Very kind and easygoing. Would 100% reccomend him to anyone I know and would call again in the future if any additional needs arrise. I had 2 companies come out to bid the same scope of work before finding Air Pros, and both the other companies bid double to quadruple what Joseph was able to complete the same work for. Couldnt be happier with his service!
