Great experience. They were open on a Sunday morning early 8 AM which was handy because that’s when I injured my hand. I walked in. There was no line and three receptionist waiting to assist me. They got me to a room immediately no waiting and the two nicest nurses started to immediately to clean out the wound. Then the PAC and doctor came in and meticulously rolled my skin back onto the wound . A little superglue to buy things together, and I was good to go.

Amazing group of professionals who were compassionate, highly competent and efficient. My nurse, Emerson, was particularly helpful. Testing was done on site and an appropriate treatment plan was made by Dr. Fang in consultation with my surgeon who was also impressed with Dr. Fang. The facility is clean and well-equipped. You can also make an appointment in advance which reduces your wait time. Highly recommend.
While most of the UW system has been unprofessional and severely lacking with patient care, this clinic stands out. I have mainly been here for primary care, so I can't speak to the urgent care department. Dr. Li is fantastic and actually takes the time to listen and has a conversation with his patients so that he can provide the best care for his individual patients. He hasn't talked over me or my husband when we ask questions and doesn't talk down to us, like most of the other providers in UW have. I highly recommend Dr. Li and recommend this clinic for care of you are in the UW system.
