i’ve never had an issue at this clinic and everyone is so so nice. most time i’ve ever waited was 15 minutes which is not bad at all. i’d love to give a shout to Henry i’m not sure if he was a doctor or a nurse but he was such a nice guy and really helped with my anxiety about being there by myself and i appreciate his kindness! thank you Henry :)

I had symptoms so I went to one of my doctors, who just looked at my blood work done about 3 weeks earlier and said everything looks normal and sent me home. The next morning I still had the same symptoms but it was getting worse. I went to this urgent care. The person at the front was nice. I waited for a little bit before another nice person called me back. I answered all the questions. Then Debbie McCallister, MD came in had some test done, went over what was seen on the test and told me to go to ER immediately. Went in for stitches removal. Staff was professional and helpful. My wait time was not excessive with only a few people ahead of me. Doctor was friendly and let me know what to expect. He did explain that they didn't have the proper kit that didn't have the scissors designed for suture removal. So I was ready for the discomfort.
