“My folks had talked about redoing the patio area for a few years. They wanted to install a concrete patio with a partial covered roof. So I researched and got a few bids. I decided to go with Garage/Concrete Etc because I felt the most comfortable with them. The entire crew was great, they answered any questions I had during the process, and the workmanship was great. My neighbor retired from construction and came over to look. Heck he even said they did a great job. Overall I am very pleased and would highly recommend these guys. These guys far exceeded my expectations. And YES, I plan on using them again for future projects. Thank You!“

This company replaced and repainted the railing at the property where I live. While I wasn’t the one who hired them (the landlord arranged it), I was present during the project and noticed several concerns.

During removal of the old railing, one of the support posts was cracked. Instead of repairing or replacing it initially, the new railing was installed on top of the damaged post and painted over, which is not a proper structural fix.

The finish work on the top rail also looked rough in several areas, with visible seams and multiple nail/staple marks across the surface. Cleanup was also lacking—rotten wood was left on the ground, and scrap wood was placed in my trash can without asking.

That said, the work was significantly improved the second time around. The affected areas were properly addressed, including repainting and reinforcing the previously damaged section, and multiple coats of paint were applied.

Overall, the initial workmanship raised legitimate concerns, but I do give credit for the follow-through and willingness to correct the issues. I would recommend closely inspecting the work during and after completion to ensure everything is done properly.“

“Wilson and team helped us out with a wood fence repair project- replacing some rotten posts with pressure treated posts, and repairing and replacing other compromised boards, and fixing a misaligned gate. He took the time to explain the problems and each of his solutions, and talked through short-term and longer term solutions in this climate. Through some mismanagement on my part, I failed to see a few issues on the other side of our fence that still needed attention, and Wilson came back out a few months later to address the issues promptly- which was a lot to ask of him and he did a very thorough job.“

“These guys did an AMAZING job installing a metal roof for me. They were on time, professional, clean and very precise. We had a bad experience with another company in Tacoma so I was nervous to trust again. The other company took three weeks, never had a foreman on site, and didn't deliver the ridge vent that was in the contract until I told them to stop work or put the correct one on. These guys put the new roof on our home in three days. It is straight and clean. The overhang is perfect. The ridge vent is exactly what I wanted to keep bees out (snap-z). They even made an extra trip to the site to cut the wood stove pipe and install bathroom vents. If you are looking for professionals to install a metal roof, these guys are the ones you want.“
