“I have done business with Curtis and his team a few times now. They are efficient, thorough, and take the time to understand your needs and how to meet them. In this last service it was to repair and/or replace gutters that were not standing up to use. They went above and beyond, doing more than was required. Ron Baker did a great job, pointed out potential problems, rectified a few issues that could become problems and insured that when he was done the roof and gutters were in excellent working order. Tony their estimator did a very thorough job inspecting my home for any type of ventilation or leak issues. I was given options as to the type of roof, original or upgrade to GAF Ridge Vent system. From there the delivery of roofing materials was timely and roofing started immediately thereafter. The job site PM Damon kept things moving, prevented delays, and kept me updated. The roofers were great guys and came onsite enthusiastic and ready to work, and performed the work with attention to detail. Afterwards they did a nice job of cleaning up the debris. “We knew when we were going to get our roof done, we would be using Preferred Roof Services. They are local, family owned and ran and take pride in their craft. This house’s roof was 34 years old as were the gutters and we were dealing with a very difficult HOA that demanded one specific brand and type of shingle to replace the cedar shake. They took extra care and built covers over all of my garden boxes and water features. They made sure they picked up all scraps and residual material. The pride they took in the entire project was worth its weight in gold. They even had an excellent gutter referral and suggested that black gutters would really complete the appearance. Southbound i5 at 11am on august 10th. It wasn’t even worth it because they weren’t able to pass the rest of the congestion.Maybe don’t do that in a company van.“
