“I had another "big" heating/cooling company come and perform annual maintenance, but a week after they were here, our furnace ran but didn't provide heat. I was tired of that other company so called Rainier and they got us an appointment in a couple of days. The technician showed me that the other company had left a ground wire loose (that's why the burner wouldn't kick in) as well as did a more thorough cleaning job. This team (Matt) was professional, courteous, reasonable priced, timely and respectful.“

“I hired them to clean out my dryer exhaust vent, as the LG dryer kept saying 80% blocked. Devon came out and cleaned the exhaust, but the dryer kept giving the clogged error even after he cleaned it. Something had to be still blocked, right? I called the business and spoke to Chuck, he was a good communicator and advised he'd send the technician back to take a second look. Low and behold, the dryer exhaust vent had a grate that was preventing the flap from opening on the outside of the house. Devon removed the grate and the flap is able to open and close during operation. All fixed, and the second trip was inclusive in the price. I would highly recommend Pristine Air Services if you need anything cleaned or serviced in your home! They are easy to deal with and stand behind their work. 10/10 A++++! I would use them for any future HVAC cleaning in my house. Thank you guys!“

“I contacted Eco Air NW nearly 3 months ago because my heat pump had stopped heating and cooling 3 and a half years prior, but I didn't have a chance to get it fixed mostly due to the pandemic and because I wasn't always in Seattle the past few years. Plus, it's not easy to find folks who won't rip you off. Please BEWARE of "big" names because they're not always good or honest. You will most certainly NOT be disappointed if you choose ECO AIR NW! Steven and his partner Daniel are very thorough and reasonably priced. It turns out that my ductless Mitsubishi AC (mini split unit) simply needed refrigerant and deep cleaning! And just like that, it started working like a charm and heated my house in half an hour! They also tested it for cold air and everything was perfect despite the fact that Steven said that he doesn't usually fix Mitsubishi units! Moreover, Steven and Daniel stayed until they were SURE there was no air leakage or any other issues! I definitely recommend them for your HVAC needs and I will certainly call them in summer for servicing before I use my heat pump for cooling.
