Went in for blood tests and specifically an A1C. Test comes back ,no A1C done. Called to get test, on hold 1:15 hours, Dr never ordered it. Also asked Dr about treatment for my severe leg cramps, no help whatsoever. Would like to know when they will get real Dr's. Instead of ones who are just practicing to be Dr's.
Very happy with services Dr.Alcaraz was awesome so caring and spent the needed amount of time with no rush or hesitation, front desk was very nice and helpful, nurse was awesome, lab tech was amazing everything was so spot on professional, like a hidden gem... I used to be a medical assistant and this office is top notch ran correctly!!!
