Over the last 2.5 years, I've had nothing but kindness and concern for me shown in this office. This, by both people on staff and in office.During lockdown, we were lucky to have medical staff and office personnel that were actually ABLE to work and they gave us the best in care, time, and follow up that was possible.I had Dr Smoak for 2 years. She and her assistants were excellent. I liked that she listened and responded as needed in a on-point way. I understand some don't like this; however, you CAN ask for a different doctor if need be.Since Dr Smoak left this office, for the last 6 months I've had Dr Gering. I had an appointment with Dr. Stenersen to transfer my care from another facility and she was amazing. I have a lot of anxiety seeing doctors, I've had some not so great doctors in the past. Dr. Stenersen was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and best of all, thorough. We covered all of my questions and concerns and I'm so glad I found this office!

The care team is fine, but office management needs some improvements. Slow communication via any online messaging platforms for medical needs or requests. Not to mention I have great insurance and I am billed what I felt was not an appropriate amount.
