Dr.Rosencrans is an amazing doctor. I really hate to see her leave. Lelia is so
caring, compassionate, and just a great person. I know she will do great things as she moves forward to her future.

I've been going to this Providence Residency since before they moved to this current location and I've only had great experiences and Drs too!
This place is super clean, efficient and generally there are not very many people there.
They also have a lab right upstairs so when they do blood and urine panels, you don't have to go some place else to get it done.
Also, they just don't do medical, that have mental care also.
I highly recommend the Providence Residency Teaching Clinic.

Very happy with my Doctor and his trainee for their evaluation, treatment recommendation, quick ordering of x-rays and contact of my pharmacy for meds. Very seamless process, and the next day follow up with recommendation for PT location. Thanks to whole team
