It was my first time there, overall good experience. I enjoyed the Dr I worked with. She was friendly, approachable, and adequately addressed my concerns. Front desk staff were very helpful and exceptionally nice. I was able to get labs done, though I will say it was the most painful blood draw I've ever had. I've never had an issue before at other locations. Even if I'm doing fine the tech will usually ask and make sure I'm doing OK, etc. I was surprised that it was pretty obvious I was uncomfortable but they didn't ask if I was doing OK. That experience was not the greatest.
I have been going to Quail Run for years and I like the staff, lab tech, nurses and my provider. I moved to Cd, Idaho and now Post Falls, Idaho and I still go to Quail Run. When it comes to my haircut and my doctor, I stay with whom I appreciate and respect.
The Quail Run Multicare is the best doctor's care clinic I've ever been to. I highly recommend Dr. Piekenbrock.She is an amazing doctor who cares about her patients and listens with understanding. She has been so encouraging and supportive during my cancer diagnosis. I have relied on her for all my health issues and have received excellent results.
