The bathrooms are always neat and well- kept. The receptionists who check me in are always cheerful and professional. I've been seen by four different doctors and PA's, and I would return for their services any time. They have been excellent!
I see 2 doctors at this clinic and both have been top notch! They took the time to patiently listen to my concerns, put in the referrals immediately, and lab work or xrays were done in the same facility that day. All of the staff I have encountered there were friendly and compassionate. They never made me feel rushed. I couldn't be happier with my choice to go to Rockwood Clinic. I have only come across one doctor that I didn't feel comfortable with. Her name is Vera Nyonglemuga and she spent 30 minutes lecturing me about being 5 minutes late and all of my issues kept coming back to her opinion that I needed to lose weight. I really like this doctor office, they really do care about there patients! I will always go to this doctor place even though I live way out, ya there are few grinchy old ladies, but who cares. I'm not sure why people are leaving so bad reviews over 1 visit, I've been coming here for years, you basically have everything a person needs in 1 building! Vs having to go out another place.
