Cameron was EXCELLENT!! Once the part was received, he fixed my Whirlpool washer in no time. It works probably better now than when I first purchased it. He was knowledgeable and very polite. I would definitely have him fix any other issues that hopefully won’t arise. Great job Cameron!!
Conventional aspect of oven stopped heating. Convection was still usable. RPS Repair came over, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a new part and promptly, punctually returned a few days later. The repair finished in minutes and I learned some things along the way from the pleasant, informative repairman. What’s not to like?
Tech CEJAY from RPS Appliance Repair was great. I am in Tacoma. I was trying to get my chest freezer checked and found out it was unrepaiable. I had Lowe's protection plan, I told him I had a different tech from another company out twice same results but insurance would never get their report. But Cejay took the next step and called directly to the protection plan insurance. Within 3 hours I received store credit for the unrepairable freezer
