It’s hard to find a company that you can trust but this company is fair and has great service. This is the second time I have called Alex to help fix one of my appliances and he goes out of his way to educate and do a great job. He could have easily charged me double but he didn’t. Very fair and straight forward. They are now my go-to company if I have appliance issues.
One of the best repairs service in the South Sound. Honest people. On time , and they go the extra mile with info and recommendations to make sure you are maintaining your appliances properly. I highly recommend them.
Our refrigerator stopped working over night. A panic situation in the am as we had a very important appt that day to deal with first. Alexander was flexible for us, very thorough, very knowledgeable and informative.
He evaluated the frig thoroughly. Unfortunately it would have cost more to repair than to buy a new one. He left me with tips for maintaining appliances, things to consider and an appreciation for his work. Thank you Alexander! See you in the future.
