“I can't recommend Keenen enough. I attempted to self-level my kitchen floor and it went horribly. I called around other flooring contractors and they were either uninterested or unavailable; however, Keenen was able to come out quickly to assess the job. He was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how he was going to go about doing it. After he fixed my floor he quoted me an extremely fair rate to install some LVT and he did a superb job at that as well.”

“Janes demolished my condo unit’s failed lightweight concrete sub floor and replaced it with a perfect gypsum concrete pour. This project was frankly an insanely difficult one, but they handled it professionally and precisely. The unit is in Queen Anne and in the back corner of the building. They worked on a steep grade and hauling through a very limited elevator. They addressed all my fears and I could not be happier with the result. I have to stress the difficulty of the logistic constraints presented by the building and hill grade that they worked around. If I ever need similar work done again, I’ll be calling them back. Highly recommended”
“We hired Eurocraft Hardwood Floors to replace the fir floors in our older craftsman home. They did a great job and I would recommend them highly.<br><br>We were out of town during the installation, and I was a bit nervous about that. But Johnny, who runs Eurocraft, followed through with everything that we talked about. While securing the subflooring, a nail accidentally punctured our AC refrigerant line (due to its improper installation by the AC installers). Eurocraft fixed the problem, covering the costs even though it wasn't actually their fault. To me, that spoke highly to the integrity of this team. They stand by their word.<br><br>We're very happy with the results. It looks like a new home while still keeping that old-home feel of a craftsman.”
