The crew coordinated with my painters by removing the old gutters, which surprisingly were full of gunk, just before painting and installing the new ones just after. “A new roof is a major decision and a pretty stressful one. We received quotes from 7 companies total. Skyline was high middle of the pack on price and warranty. We initially signed with Four Seasons (who actually gave us the highest quote), but as we got closer to the project some "extras" we had talked about (new skylights and mounts) suddenly became more than twice the cost they had initially stated, communication got weird/aggressive, and we never heard from the sales guy we felt comfortable with again. So we reached out to a couple more companies and I'm very thankful we found Skyline. Greg was super responsive, extremely accommodating, and the folks that actually did the work were kind, courteous, and kept the job site clean. Everyone we interacted with was a professional taking pride in their work. The roof looks great and the price was fair. We felt Skyline genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or have them back.“

“In 2010 we had Star Roofing replace our roof and they did a great job for a reasonable price. They also replaced our 3 skylights with new opening ones for a great price.14 years later we noticed that the roof was sagging by one of the skylights. Thinking it was a water intrusion I called Star Roofing as they have a great warranty. After some discussion with Chris, he sent Nick out to check on it. Nick sent some pictures back to Chris and he noticed the sagging roof bays were above our brick chimney. He thought it might be caused by no lower roof vents due to the chimney being there. He sent Nick out to remove the roofing on the effected area and sure enough there was no water intrusion and indeed caused by the lack of venting from the homes original construction. There was some damage to the top of 2 roof joists so Nick went and got material to repair them. He had everything repaired and the section re-roofed in one day!! Even with the fact that it was not their fault, they didn't charge me a thing. I don't write many reviews, but when I get such great service I have to let others know. I would definitely recommend Star Roofing not only for a new roof, but for roof repair also. Thanks Star, Chris, and Nick, J.T and Connie Adams.“

“I really appreciated the entire team of people who worked to replace my home’s roof. Ira was a great to work with. I wanted to look to the future best interest for the house. It is an older home. Increasing the insulation to better control the changing temperatures. I am very happy with the application of a metal roof on a challenge house.“

“In February '24, the week prior to our annual fundraising event in our building, I noticed how dirty our windows were. I didn't have a relationship with a window cleaner so I looked online for someone local, nearby, and called Artisan. I worked with Manie, sent him photos of all the windows to be cleaned, with measurements, and he got back to me promptly with a quote (which was a most reasonable amount.) Their worker came out a few days later and did a thorough, professional job. Site was left clean and all windows were spotless. Then Manie called to follow up, asking if our expections had been met and if we were fully satisfied.Artisan is now our go-to window cleaning service and we look forward to having them out again this summer to clean the second floor windows.“

Prompt and overall high-quality installation. Left leaf debris cleaned out of the gutter on walkways and window trim, where it had fallen (could have cleaned up a bit better), but overall, highly satisfied with the experience.“
