Livewire MMA and Fitness

I have been going to Livewire MMA for a couple years now. I absolutely love it. My wife, two girls, and myself all go and train, we conciderate our home away from home. Hardest part is just walking in the door to get started. With LWMMA, never be scared. Come on in, it super welcoming, family friendly, and a great environment.

Visitors: Yes, they allow drop-ins and you should definitely go. The schedule is posted on their FB page, but gi classes are on Tues/Thurs at 7 PM (as of June 2023). You do not need to call or email (if you really want to get in touch with them, calling is probably best), just show up and sign the waiver. Matt runs a great gym and worked with me on some things I was struggling with. Great atmosphere and I'm glad to have trained there.Locals: You are LUCKY to have a gym like this in such a small town. Matt is an amazing coach very well at adapting to children and their personal strength and how to work on the weaker spots. Super comfortable and exciting environment. My kids beg to go.
