“Best tattoo artist in Skagit County. Ive had many tattoos from many artists over the years, (some of them really really good). Ive had two by Salinas and they surpass the others.
If you want high detail realism, black and grey, there is no better place in the area. She's also really good at color tattoos from what ive seen.
Don't waste your money elsewhere. Highly recommend. Great prices, charges lower than expected for the high quality work.”
“Amazing artist! Could not be more pleased with my brows and liner. Heidi is an angel.”
“Have been coming here a while to get art done by Paige. This is a great shop. Everyone here is super nice, they are very inclusive, and Paige is just the best. She is working on my full sleeve now and I love it.”
