“We used this hotel during our move to reduce the level of stress on our kitten. We found the place to be very clean, organized & well staffed. From the initial contact, Brenna was very professional, she communicated clearly & was very thoughtful. Overall, we found their service to be excellent and a great value for the price! When I picked up our cat he was so relaxed, playful and happy. Clearly he was well taken care of & had enjoyed his stay. There was no sign of anxiety or stress in him at all. I love the level of attentiveness, compassion and the value!! The final loving touch was an adorable report card detailing all his behavior during his stay 😊“

He has helped boost my confidence while I work with my dog, and helped explain the reason behind my dog’s bad behaviors. It was a relief to have a trainer that did not immediately jump to using a shock collar (when it’s not necessary) and who is able to give me manageable steps to being a better pet parent.“
