Germaine is the absolute BEST!!! She has been grooming our rescue Newfie since he became part of our family over 9 years ago. He is a gentle giant that can be stubborn at times, but with Germaine's personality and patience she quickly won him over. She continues to take such good care of him in his senior years with patience and love as he approaches 13 years old. Can't imagine anyone else being his groomer! Thank you Germaine!!! ?
Called on a Friday and she had us there on a Monday! Even through a snow storm she kept her apt. She was very kind to our dog too and spoke nicely to him and about him. We will definitely be back.
