“I've known Alex, the owner of Pro Build Construction, for almost a year now, and he has already worked on three of my gyms. Alex is super reliable and always available for a call. He takes personal pride in each project and ensures they stick to the timeline.

One of the major renovations we did was at one of my 7500 sqft gyms, involving flooring, paint, lights, etc. Alex said we would only need to close the business for one week, and he stuck to the timeline. He had workers on-site day and night to ensure the project was completed within the agreed week, allowing us to open the doors to our members as promised.

Overall, I am super happy with Pro Build Construction, and they will always be my go-to general contractor for any commercial projects!

Update 12/31/25: following a major project at the KOMO Plaza (June 2025- demo and full buildout of a gym), Alex and his team has been on top of closing the loops on smaller tasks. They're easily reachable for any repairs or maintenance issues. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully taken care of.“

“Brian and the team at Ballard Remodel executed a whole house remodel of our 1950's house. They were fair, honest, fast, and did top notch work. It turned out SO beautifully and we are really happy with it. They did almost everything themselves, and the subcontractors they did bring in were absolute experts, and well-managed by Ballard Remodel. The project was briefly interrupted by the first Covid-19 shutdown, and after that they did a great job of strictly controlling safety protocols on the job site, which was a relief.
