We had a plumbing blockage situation at the house we are renting and our landlord asked us to handle it ourselves. So, out of 14 plumbers I called on one day, just two called me back. One called back to say they don't do blockages (they specialize is something else). The only one to kindly and promptly get back to me was Simply Plumbing. Wonderfully, they let me know they also specialize. In Seattle only. Since we are on the Eastside, we could not be their customers. Very nice to know this up front. Joe is a fantastic plumber. He came to my house and fixed all my problems with my disposal, dishwasher and air gap. Everything worked perfectly after he was finished. It was easy to make an appointment with his wife Sally, he arrived on time, knew exactly what to do and got it done quickly and at a great price. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did. Several months later I had a major water leak after the a big box store dishwasher install and I couldn’t use my kitchen sink. The store couldn’t get anyone out for four days!
