I have really good insurance from my Google employer so I knew I could refer myself to whoever took my insurance. I chose PT Dynamix because of all the positive reviews it has and I will admit I was a bit skeptical a place could consistently get a 5.0 rating for so long. It turns out their service is so much better. First, my therapist was the one who contacted me after I had filled their online request form and I was able to tell PT Dynamix isn’t a number driven practice. I went to the Renton location because it was convenient for me location wise and I had 3 appointments with the SAME therapist. I got a very thorough evaluation followed by some soft tissue work and muscle energy to my low back muscles. I was amazed at how much better I felt immediately after! I received a thorough home exercise program which allowed me to feel more movement in my back and in two days I was feeling almost 100%. I went back for the following two appointments where I learned how to lift heavier weights safely and progressively. I was most impressed with the fact that I was never told I could not weightlift, but instead I was encouraged to do so and shown how to challenge my body even more. This injury was a blessing in a disguise and I feel stronger than I did previously. Lastly, the way they do medical billing is very transparent and easy to understand. I highly recommend PT Dynamix to anybody looking to stay active after an injury.“

Came in with frozen shoulder and they worked with me, and incorporating equipment I already owned, into my treatment plan. Over the past six months I have gone from not being able to lift my arm to lifting weights. I could not be more grateful.“

I suffered from lifelong chronic pain that I couldn't find relief from (despite seeing numerous PTs and massage therapists) until I visited this clinic. I've worked with Orit, Abby, and Jamie and all are truly spectacular and deeply caring. Also don’t miss out on Orit’s newsletter and youtube videos!“

Their staff is amazing, well-trained, and genuinely caring. I am finding relief for my back pain under their care. Special shout-out to Rury. She is really patient, encouraging, and just a wonderful person to work with.
On my very first day, I set a goal with her: to be able to explore hikes in Washington. I’m happy to share that I recently finished my first (apparently it was a hard-level on AllTrails) hike successfully! My recovery is speeding along, and I couldn’t have done it without their support.
Thank you, Core Physical Therapy team, for helping me reach my goal!“

“I want to counteract the bad reviews because I was so frustrated last year and the year before being put on hold and dealing with their horrific phone implementation. However - they have now fixed it and when you call the number you actually get a human at the front desk. They also have a wonderful new doctor, Katrina Spaunhurst MD, FAAD who has recently treated both my girls and is thoughtful, prescriptive, and very results oriented. We absolutely love her. So don't let these bad reviews deter you - the service has gotten a lot better in 2024 and now that the transformation to Frontier is complete, they actually pick up the phone. :-)“
“Chris saved my run. I have waited ~3 years to write this, wanted to make it poignant. I was a trim/muscular 200 lb, 55 year old recreational runner with a diagnosed tear of my left medial meniscus. Ignored surgical recommendation and on the advice of a second doctor, went to Chris. He laid out the work for me, and voila, six months later I was back to my 5 mile run, 3 times a week. I continue to spend 45 minutes, once or twice a week, doing the strength training Chris showed me, and I am still doing that run, 3 years later, with my meniscus intact. Thank you Chris!“

“Dr Sara Reed was amazing in helping me recover from a long term back injury. Just as I was about to “graduate” with a much happier back, I sprained my ankle. So I went back to receive more care and she helped put me back together. I am able to run, move more freely and my pain is greatly reduced. I am so grateful for her attention to detail and excellent care. I highly recommend her and the entire staff.“
